I am an applied microeconomist working on housing markets, urban policy, and the political economy of regulation. I am completing my Ph.D. in economics at the CUNY Graduate Center (expected 2026) with a dissertation on second-generation rent control and new construction, and I have taught 44 economics courses at NYU and four CUNY colleges. I am on the 2026–27 job market for academic, research, and policy positions.
